VALENTINE’S DAY AND WINE

Drinking a glass of red wine can make you a more romantic partner this Valentine’s Day partially, because red wine is a powerful aphrodisiac. When planning for a romantic night with your partner, the antioxidant properties present in red wine just might spice things up, especially if paired with chocolate.
Wine is considered an aphrodisiac because it relaxes the body and stimulates blood flow to the brain. Paired with chocolate, a Valentine’s Day staple, the duo is unquestionably romantic. However, there is more than just antioxidants that put in the work. Red wines are also thought to mimic the scents linked with male pheromones. If you’re trying to get your partner in the mood, red might be the right choice.
