This recipe for Strawberry Blush Cocktail is delicious and easy.
Great for Mother’s Day or through the summer when strawberries are in season.
3 c. strawberries
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp Brandy
2 c. White Zinfandel Blush
4 Additional strawberries for garnish
In a blender blend together the strawberries, powdered sugar and brandy until smooth.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.
Divide the strawberry mixture among 4 wine glasses. Top each with 1/2 c. White Zinfandel Blush and stir. For a description of White Zinfandel Blush see our white wine selection.
Garnish each glass with strawberry.
